CONCEPT:

Everyday we got lost in thoughts when we walking around the city. In its spaces, in its details we have the opportunity to light up memories.
We could say that the city is a great set of fragments which can ignite the memory. And in this explosions we are able to form new and unique experiences.
So, a great answer for this challenge was to bring little fragments of the buildings which compose the Museum to the urban flow, giving the opportunity to citizens create new experiences when getting in touch with installations full of information corresponding to the buildings of the Museum.
STRATEGY:

Then, the strategy would be create a system that integrates the whole museum to the city, making people more aware of the existing of the Museum of the City by the physical and systematic interception in the urban flow.
DEVELOPMENT:

In the first instance, the systematic solution emerged from a new kind of program of the Museum to the city. We proposed an artistic event that has an edital opening opportunities to interventions in the city that could sew better the relation between the Museum and the City.
In the opening of this event and during his exhibitions, we would install an itinerant exhibition composed by 16 interactive installations in square os the historical center and comercial center of São Paulo - places with great flow of people. Each of this installation would show information corresponding to one building of the Museum.
This exhibition would be composed of these 16 installations arranged around a new zero landmark; a compass that directed home installation to its respective construction.
DESIGN:
(1) New Zero Landmark:
